PETROS KAILIS
CEO / Founder
Petros is the CEO and Founder of kailistudio. An award winning architect where he studied and trained in the UK. His influential work has been repeatedly featured on social media, architecture oriented websites and magazines such as Blueprint. Before kailistudio Petros worked in AHR-Global and ACME London. Petros interest is to create outstanding projects emphasise on the materiality, innovative construction methods and culture.
MARILENA KYNIGOU
Architectural Designer
Marilena joined KailiStudio in 2024. She holds a degree in Architecture, having completed her Part I studies at De Montfort University in Leicester and her Part II at The Glasgow School of Art. Marilena contributes to various stages of the design process, bringing a thoughtful and detail-oriented approach to each project.
Before joining KailiStudio, she gained professional experience as an interior designer, developing a strong sense of spatial composition and materiality. Her design interests focus on creating solutions that balance aesthetic clarity and functionality, enhancing everyday comfort while thoughtfully addressing the needs of each user.
ASTERO NICOLAOU
Architectural Designer
Astero holds an Integrated Master’s degree in Architecture from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. During her studies, she completed an internship at an architectural office in Thessaloniki, gaining valuable hands-on experience in architectural design and project development.

Prior to joining KailiStudio, Astero worked as a BIM Specialist, further strengthening her technical expertise and proficiency in digital design workflows. She is currently involved in the development of residential projects at our studio, contributing both design insight and technical precision.
