The building presents itself as a composed and rhythmic volume, where symmetry and repetition establish a calm architectural order. Three residential levels rise above a recessed base, giving the structure a light, elevated presence. The pitched roof silhouettes at both ends frame the composition, referencing familiar residential forms while maintaining a distinctly contemporary character.

A series of vertical concrete columns defines the façade, creating a clear structural and visual rhythm across the elevation. These columns extend through the full height of the building, anchoring the composition and emphasizing verticality. Set between them, deep balconies are carved into the mass, generating shadow, depth, and a strong sense of architectural layering.

The balconies function as transitional spaces between interior and exterior, softened by integrated planting that introduces nature into the strict geometry. Slim black metal railings provide contrast and precision, reinforcing the modular logic of the façade without overpowering it. The dialogue between solid columns and recessed openings ensures privacy while preserving openness and visual continuity.

At ground level, the building lifts subtly from the landscape, allowing light, air, and movement beneath the residential volume. Low planting and horizontal site elements ground the composition, balancing the vertical expression above. The project ultimately reads as restrained and confident—where structure is expressed honestly, and architectural clarity becomes the defining aesthetic.
