Noble is a contemporary mixed-use building that integrates residential and office functions within a bold and disciplined architectural composition. The design is defined by strong horizontal layers and a clear structural rhythm, establishing a confident and dignified presence in the urban context.
The façade is articulated through textured concrete frames and sculptural volumes clad in Corten steel. The warm, weathered steel contrasts with the lighter concrete structure, emphasizing the building’s massing and clearly expressing the hierarchy between its different uses.
The first floor accommodates residential units, offering generous terraces that extend living spaces outdoors while maintaining privacy and comfort. Carefully placed vertical elements and integrated planting soften the architecture and enhance the quality of residential living within a strong, structured framework.
The second and third floors are dedicated to office spaces, designed as flexible, light-filled environments that open onto deep balconies.
